Child Policy
Children age is below 12 years
Children under the age of 5 years sharing the room with parents is FREE
Children aged 5 – 11 years sharing the room with parents pay 25% of the room rate
Children below 12 years in own room pay 75% of the room rate
Terms and Conditions
Unless an agent has credit terms with Ilboru Partners Ltd., full payment is mandatory prior to the guest arrival.
All Bookings will need a deposit of 25% at the time of booking unless if you have credit arrangements with the lodge
All cheques are payable to Ilboru Partners Ltd.
Cancellation Policy
All confirmed bookings must receive cancellation or amendment in writing
Bookings cancelled 30 days to arrival will attract a 25% cancellation fee
Bookings cancelled 29 – 15 days to arrival will attract a 50% cancellation fee
Bookings cancelled 14 – 0 days to arrival will attract a 100% cancellation fee
